I think dogs are the most amazing creatures; they give unconditional love.

For me they are the role model for being alive.

The Berner Report: August 7th Update

I've heard from Alf's mom a couple of times and Alf is settling in nicely. He's up to his old tricks: following his mom everywhere and trying to climb in the shower with her.

She writes, "...Things have been a bit busy lately, but I did want you to know that Alfy is doing super.
Big hugs and Kisses to Stumpy..."

and included plenty of pictures!

Alf's sleeping style hasn't changed any!

Going for a ride with his sisters...

Such a handsome dude!

awwwww!

This one's my favorite!

Alf and sister Sophie

OH! I miss his squishy face!

C'mon! Could he possibley be any cuter?

Smile for the camera, Alf!

Hey! How did Alf get grass to roll in when Stumpy and I are still stuck in the desert? and a pool, too????? yeesh... I need to find me a home...

YUP! Same ol' Alf!!!

Peek-a-boo! We can't see you!

Many, Many thanks for the pictures and updates! We love you, Alfy!!!

Sandra, they made my day, too!

Sam, Alf's mom calls him "little Alf" it just cracks me up!

Wyatt, I should be so lucky!

Khyra, I know they tookk some of this week's bitter taste out of my mouth! Glad they helped your mom, too!

Mayzie, It's a wonderful life. When he gets sick of the pool he can send it to me!

Elyse, Alf's paid his dues, in full, when it comes to the rough life category. He should never see another day of hard living. Well, that goes for any dog!

I don't know what the deal with this blog is, again. The page isn't loading and I wish I knew how to fix it. Last time it just fixed itself. Grrrrrr!

Pat, it is so wonderful to see him happy and loved!

Brenda, I needed these pictures more than I can say. Both Stumpy and I miss Alf something terrible!

This post was getting lost in the background, but I could see the pictures. Then all of a sudden it cleared up. Computers, geesh.

I have often said when placing a pet into a home that I wished I could go along, and not only because I was going to miss my foster kid.
Alf has some pretty comfy digs, and look at him riding! Isn't that amazing.
You can take the credit for that and be very proud.

Dogsmom, I gotta give credit where credit is due! Alf is an amazingly forgiving and resilent being.
