I think dogs are the most amazing creatures; they give unconditional love.

For me they are the role model for being alive.

He's everywhere!

Under my desk...

In Stumpy's OTHER chair

He's climbed into my lap and tried to get into the shower with me. (You'll be grateful there are no pictures of that.)

He mushes himself into Stumpy's kennel.

He's been a pretty good boy. After a few walks, he got the hang of the leash. He asks to go out and there have been no accidents.

Except for trying to go through windows, eat doors to escape, counter surfing, desk hopping and anxiety attacks he seems to be adjusting. I have a call into a Bernese Mountain dog rescue and they are hoping to arrange a foster home for him.

He is scheduled to be neutered and have his shots, etc. on Friday.

The Queen of Everything looks a little put out by the invasion, doesn't she? She might not mind so much if he would play with her...

The look on her face is priceless!

I do think it is furry fitting he has markings like hers - such a sign of Fate and Karma!

He is truly a handsome AND LUKHKY fella!

I can't believe this berner is still around. He's taken over. Maybe you should pull that stuffie killer shake move on him and he'll play. Oh well... He may have a new home soon thanks to you guys. He does look cute.

PS thanks for the email.. mom thinks you are tormenting us. We are already tormented by a winter that will never end... ho hum.

The Berner is really beautiful and I love his freckled snooter! Stumpy, you will soon be Queen of Everything again!

I am glad things are working out so well with him (for the most part!)

Khyra, He is handsome isn't he? Everything about Stumpy is priceless!

Norwood, He was afraid of the squeaky. Once again, Stumpy was not impressed.

Stella, His freckles are adorable! In the ACD world those are called naughty spots and he's got plenty of naughty!

Thanks for visiting my blog, Stumpy. I love making new friends. That's so nice of you to allow that Bernese Mountain dog into your home. Although it's probably annoying to you how he's getting all into your things, he's probably incredibly grateful for the shelter and friendship you and your family has provided him since he invited himself into your lives.

He looks like he is enjoying his stay. Stumpy you need to tease him a bit like Callie does us. Then he will play..
Mom posted her egg cake for you.. You can cut back on number of eggs if it is just the 2 of you..

DDF, I like everything about him!

Hero! Nice of you to stop by! he doesn't really annoy me, I just wish he didn't feel so confined in the house.

Heelers! I am soooooooo looking forward to that egg cake! I am hoping as he settles in he will feel more like playing with Stumpy. She pesters him to no end and he is sooooooo patient!

You are great to do this - and I am laughing at how "adjusted" he is! :)

Moose agrees with Stumpy- it is so annoying when the visitors share beds and snacks but still won't play with you!
