Poplar Street: A turtle reported in a driveway was taken into custody at 12:28 p.m. July 16.
*Turtle pictured above is not the turtle that, allegedly, was loitering in a driveway and subsequently taken into custody. All parties are innocent until proven guilty, in a court of law.
