I think dogs are the most amazing creatures; they give unconditional love.

For me they are the role model for being alive.

Tasty Treat Tuesday #4: Homemade Frosty Paws

I found this recipe on the 7MSN Ranch blog

Of course, I made it my own by not measuring anything...
dump some peanut butter, ripe bananas and some low fat or fat free vanilla yogurt in a bowl and mix well, poor in cups and freeze.

First, the spoon test
Stumpy thought it was wonderful (And yes, she does dishes, too. Her talents are endless)

The Berner?

not so much

While Stumpy enjoyed her homemade frozen concoction

The Berner got a frozen Activia berry something yogurt (here's to being regular!)

Once again his skillz come up short

compared to Stumpy

Stumpy is a frosty paws eating machine

The Berner seems to want to enjoy it more.

Have you always wanted to agility with your dog? For one reason or another it just hasn't happened. How about starting out a little smaller?

Neither of us like mushy bananas SO when they get THERE she makes me yummy stuff!

Ooh, thanks for the recipe! We bought some store product called 'Frosty Paws' to celebrate Toby and Shado's 3rd birthday. All the dogs WOOFED down the treat, but I declared an end to it all when I saw the price - no way are we buying these again! Heck, now we just make 'em!!!

Yes, we have grass, heehee. I still wish BillyBob Berner could come here for the summer...

I have not been online for a while and am very late catching up. Have to comment on that video. If I had considered that possibility I might adopt a tiny rodent!
Would endlessly entertain the cats.
Recently a similar recipe was discussed on a Newf board. Guess I have to whip some up for the crew.
