I think dogs are the most amazing creatures; they give unconditional love.

For me they are the role model for being alive.

Dinnertime in dirtville

can be a feeding frenzy

Gambel's Quail

and a bunny

Ravens are on the look out for coyote

and leftovers

Berner update:
she was here this morning and ate the food I left out. She, at least, knows there is food here for her and will no doubt be back for more. She let me get a little closer but not close enough.

Cheers to you and Stumpy for providing some hospitality to the Berner. Does it look like a puppy or a grown up dog?

Keep us up on what happens to it.

Kisses,
Stella

What cute critters! I think I missed the post about the Berner but I'll go back and read it. Good luck with getting her to trust you!

Khyra, Quail taste like free range chicken. I am going to be ok with just knowing the Berner knows where there is food, water and shelter....for now.

Stella, I don't think she is a puppy, but it's just a hunch. I'll keep you posted.

Sam, the quail and bunnies and raven crack me up on a daily basis.

DG, The quail crack me up all the stime. they are such silly little birds!

Sandra, TONS of them! And they eat everything and anything. Whole grapefruit, skin and all!

T, thanks, I would really like a better camera, but this one does ok, considering my skill level!
